Never judge a book by its cover! When I rode into Norwich yesterday I got the impression it was old, grey and flinty. However, now that I have had a chance to explore the town I have changed my mind completely. It is an incredibly beautiful city, with a nice mix of the old and the new.

The morning has been spent enjoyably cycling and walking around this beautiful city, stopping for a couple of cappuccinos and Danish pastries. The afternoon was spent just as enjoyably cycling along Norwich Riverside. How glad I chose Norwich for my rest day!
